Volunteer: Recycle for NTF

Join the Natalie Tanner Foundation Green Team
Recycle to Fight Pediatric Cancer and Protect the Environment!

The Natalie Tanner Foundation's goal is to assist parents of children with pediatric cancer, as well as funding pediatric cancer research. In order to do this, NTF has come up with a creative way to help these families while protecting the environment... recycling aluminum cans, glass bottles and plastic containers. We need you to join the Green Team, and to assist you in your collection efforts we can provide a recycling bin and pick up. There is NO COST to you. For each item recycled, a donation will be made to the Natalie Tanner Foundation.

Due to research conducted since the late 1950's, survival rates for many types of pediatric cancer have reached highs of 80 percent or more in the United States. In order to increase the survival rate of pediatric cancer, more research is necessary and contributions from companies and private donations can help with this very worthy cause.

It's Easy to Participate.

1. Call (714) 726-7808 to receive free recycling bins.

2. Start collecting aluminum cans, glass bottles and plastic containers. Tell your friends, family and co-workers to do the same.

3. We will pick up periodically from your address, just the leave recycling bin curbside. Pick up days are every 1st and 3rd Saturday morning of each month.

4. Continue to collect year long, this is an ongoing program.

At this time, we have programs set up in Orange County CA, San Diego and in the Palm Springs area. If you live outside of these areas and are interested in starting a recycling program for the Natalie Tanner Foundation in your area, please contact Bernie Jimenez at and he will be glad to assist you.
